Since retiring in 2023, Laura Hay has built a next season applying decades of Big Four experience as a member of multiple boards in the insurance industry, including MetLife. She also continues to pursue her passion for empowering the next generation of female leaders as a Board Member of the Girl Scouts of Greater New York. An accomplished speaker, Laura regularly presents on board readiness to board-ready candidates and continues to deliver workshops on her favorite topics around confidence, risk-taking and imposter syndrome.
