Integrating her expertise and experience gained as a human resources manager, committed volunteer, and not-for-profit leader, Rani Lange is dedicated to connecting each client’s skills, gifts, and talents with their next-season interests. She works one-on-one with executives to support a wide range of desired outcomes, including consulting, full-time work, not-for-profit engagement, corporate directorships, or a portfolio of activities. Through research, rebranding and networking support, and not-for-profit and board strategy development, Rani serves alongside MyNextSeason advisors to ensure each client lands well in a fulfilling next season.

Before joining MyNextSeason, Rani served in Missions at The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection. She co-created a program that provides beds to school-aged children in the Kansas City area. Since its inception, she helped grow the ministry, overseeing community partner relationships, coordinating volunteer teams, and managing distribution. Rani advised similar organizations across the nation and regularly spoke to groups regarding service and giving. She additionally organized church-sponsored holiday events at urban elementary schools impacting more than 2,000 students.

Rani began her career at Ikon Office Solutions (now Ricoh), where she served as a Human Resources Manager, providing leadership and strategic direction for over 600 employees. She implemented company-wide processes and initiatives in recruitment, performance management, training and development, and benefits. She possesses an acute sense of the needs of both the individual and the company, which helps in positioning executive skills for next-season opportunities.

With a continued passion for the youth in her community, Rani volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City and serves on their DEI Advisory Board.

Rani earned a BBA in marketing and human resources from the University of Iowa. She and her husband, Brett, have two children and live in Leawood, KS.
