Over a nearly three-decade career dedicated to advising executives and companies on matters of leadership, succession, and strategy execution, Dr. Leslie Braksick had a front-row seat to many types of career transitions and observed a gap in available support for transitioning executives. In response, she co-founded My Next Season with Mark Linsz to provide a bridge for leaders navigating important transitions in their careers and lives. Prior to launching My Next Season, Leslie co-founded The Continuous Learning Group Inc. (CLG), a management consulting firm specializing in strategy execution for Fortune 500 companies. Leslie led and grew CLG as its Chairman, President/CEO while consulting as an Executive Advisor to CLG’s senior-most clients.
Leslie is an entrepreneur and well-known expert on subjects including executive succession/transition and transforming performance by focusing on behavior and leading through change. A prolific business writer, Leslie recently co-authored Your Next Season: Advice for Executives on Transitioning from Intense Careers to Fulfilling Next Seasons.
Her other books include Preparing CEOs for Success: What I Wish I Knew
(2010) and her first book, Unlock Behavior, Unleash Profits: Developing Leadership Behavior That Drives Profitability in Your Organization
(McGraw-Hill second edition, 2007), which made The Wall Street Journal’

Leslie currently serves on the boards of Princeton Theological Seminary and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She holds a doctorate in Applied Behavior Science, and master’s degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Public Health.
